Can I simply upgrade my existing CarPro-Tec system to the new functions?

No.

The new functions of the CarPro-Tec Fusion 4G LTE (from 17.03.2025) - such as improved 4G connectivity, optimised energy management or the new features in the app - require a new generation of hardware.


Unfortunately, a simple app or software update is not enough.


The main unit has been completely revised technically and therefore requires a complete replacement with a new generation device.


Good news for existing customers:

All existing sensors (e.g. door/window contacts, sirens, remote controls) remain compatible and can continue to be used and taught-in to the new Fusion 4G LTE main unit.
