All sensors and accessory components supplied with your CarPro-Tec are already taught-in and fully configured.

Please use the CarPro-Tec quick guide for the initial commissioning of your new CarPro-Tec. These detailed instructions will help you with detailed setting options.

General information

The Powerstation is specially designed for the very low power consumption of the CarPro-Tec.

This allows you to reliably supply your CarPro-Tec with continuous power even during longer downtimes.

Initial commissioning

  1. Please fully charge the Powerstation before using it for the first time (see "Charging" under "Daily use").
  2. Place the Powerstation next to your CarPro-Tec and attach it, preferably using the 3M magnetic pad supplied. Please refer to the instructions for 3M adhesive pads.
  3. Finally, connect the charging cable of the Powerstation (5V DC OUTPUT) to the CarPro-Tec.

Daily Use

Checking the battery status

You can display the current battery status by pressing the LED charging indicator.

For the correct display of the charge level, the Powerstation must not be charged and no consumers, such as the CarPro-Tec, must be connected, as otherwise the display will be distorted.

Charging the Powerstation

Please only charge the Powerstation with the supplied USB-C charging cable. A complete charge from empty to full takes about 24h.

  1. To charge, please remove the black rubber protective plug from the left charging socket (5V DC INPUT).
  2. Plug the supplied charging cable into the charging socket.
  3. Now fully charge the Powerstation.

Safety Instructions

IMPORTANTNever charge the battery without supervision.

When charging the Powerstation, please use a power supply unit with 1A output power (max. 1000mA charging current),

otherwise there is a risk of overheating and damage or fire.

Do not use the Powerstation in a damp environment; it may only be used in a dry environment. The Powerstation must never be exposed to fire, as there is an acute risk of fire and explosion. The Powerstation may only be used as intended for connection to devices with a 5V USB connection.
