Some of our accessories require installation using the high-quality 3M adhesive pads included in the scope of delivery.
Please observe the following rules for mounting with these adhesive pads.
Installation instructions
- The surface to be bonded must be warmed to room temperature.
- The surface to be bonded must be thoroughly degreased (e.g. with glass cleaner) and dry.
- Test the compatibility of the substrate in an inconspicuous place beforehand.
- It is important to apply firm pressure to the components for at least 3 seconds during final bonding, as this is the only way to fully activate the adhesive.
