The CarPro-Tec Fusion app is compatible with both iOS (from version 14) and Android (from version 6.0).
Depending on your smartphone settings, you can switch the app notifications on and off individually.
The background updates of the apps are also generally configurable. It is therefore possible that the CarPro-Tec Fusion app displays nothing or is delayed because the notification settings cause this. You can check this in the "Settings" menu.
If the notification still does not arrive, please delete the cache or reinstall the app. After the last Android system update, there were occasional difficulties. A reinstallation may be helpful here.
